MBSR - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Stress Into Strength With MBSR:

Are you feeling weighed down by stress, worry, or constant “busy mind” thinking? 


Rooted in neuroscience and decades of research, MBSR is more than relaxation—it’s brain training. By practicing mindfulness, you strengthen neural pathways that support resilience, focus, and emotional balance, while reducing the brain’s stress reactivity. Over time, this rewires your mind to respond with clarity and calm instead of impulsive reaction.


MBSR is an evidence-based, integrative approach that helps participants build healthier coping strategies and improve overall well-being. Research shows that mindfulness can reduce stress, anxiety, depression, addictive behaviors, and even inflammation, leading to measurable improvements in both mental and physical health.


During this 8-week course guides participants in developing practical mindfulness skills—what we call a “mindfulness toolbox”—to foster greater resilience, calm, and emotional freedom.

  • Experience the benefits of meditation for whole-person wellness
  • Practice mindful eating and living

What to Expect:

Each session combines learning, practice, and reflection. Participants can expect:

  • Experiential exercises
  • Guided mindfulness practices (standing, walking, sitting,)
  • Various meditation techniques
  • Materials, suggested readings, and videos to support learning
  • Beginner-friendly “Chair Yoga” sessions (great for work)
